Ceremony Locations
Gazebo Details:
- 18′ x 12′ gazebo for ceremony
- 10′ height at opening
- Gazebo located in meadow 300ft east of pavilion
- 200 chairs (white folding chairs located in shed near gazebo)
- Power outlets (110 V) on back of gazebo and DJ booth
Meadow Details:
- Meadow site located east of the Gazebo
- Ceremony site mowed in a circle
- You must bring approximately 300 foot of extension cord to run power from the Gazebo
Reception Location
Shelter House Details:
- 200 white folding chairs included (separate from the 200 located at the gazebo)
- 25 round 5′ tables (typically seat 8 at each)
- 6 banquet 6′ tables
- 1 banquet 8′ table
- 2 banquet 5′ tables
- 4 cocktail tables
- 1 rectangular 8′ x 4′ wood table (great for gift or cake table)
- We do not provide linens
- Three patio heaters with propane (3 tanks)
- Large grill with propane (2 tanks)
- Caterer’s space
- Refrigerator and chest freezer available
- Trash service
