Facility Details:
- 18′ x 12′ gazebo or meadow area for ceremony
- 200 white chairs for ceremony
- 40′ x 60′ shelter house for reception with open and covered patios
- Shelter house has seating for 200 with white chairs
- Caterer’s space with refrigerator and chest freezer
- Full access to Bridal Cabin on site with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), bathroom, kitchen
- Propane firepit, heaters, & grill included
- You are responsible for set-up and clean-up
- You choose your own caterers, cake decorators, and all other professional services
- No guest minimum
*Security Deposit:
A $1,000 Security Deposit is required. The Security Deposit is refundable to the Client up to 4 weeks after the event has been held once property has been inspected for any potential damage or missing items. Any damages that exceed the amount of the security deposit shall be the responsibility of the Client. In the event of a cancellation or change of date, this deposit is non-refundable and nontransferable 30 days after deposit has been received. The deposit is in addition to the facilities rental package.

Draft Horse Team & Carriage
Draft horse-drawn carriage ride to present the bride for the ceremony, and to whisk the couple away post-ceremony for a private moment and photographs as newlyweds. Not available for weekday weddings. Team & Carriage add-on is $1,200.
Additional Days:
Extended wedding packages can be arranged if additional days are desired and available. Additional days are $1,000 each.
Holidays:
If you select to have your event over a holiday, there is an additional charge of $1,000 incurred.

If the bride and/or groom is a veteran, active duty military member, law enforcement personnel, or firefighter, please ask about our military discount!
