Our wedding packages are designed to help the bride and groom celebrate their union in a memorable way on our family’s beautiful, 2,000-acre ranch. Every detail has been considered to make your day the most relaxing and unique event for you, your new spouse, and your family and your guests.

*Plus $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit

A $1,000 Security Deposit is required. The Security Deposit is refundable to the Client up to 4 weeks after the event has been held once property has been inspected for any potential damage or missing items. Any damages that exceed the amount of the security deposit shall be the responsibility of the Client. In the event of a cancellation or change of date, this deposit is non-refundable and nontransferable 30 days after deposit has been received. The deposit is in addition to the facilities rental package.

You are responsible for set-up and clean-up
Creekside timber frame gazebo or open meadow for your ceremony with separate 200 white chairs
Open-air, vaulted post & beam reception hall (called the shelter house) with south end open for aspen, creek, and mountain views, and open and covered patios with 200 white chairs and plenty of tables
Caterer’s space with commercial sink, refrigerator, and chest freezer
Full access to Bridal Suite & Groom’s Cabin to get ready (multi-day retreat packages include overnight stay for 14 and space for camping with trailers, RVs, tents)
Vendor choice freedom & outside alcohol allowed
Propane fire pit, heaters, & grill included

Ask about our customized monthly payment plans to book your dream venue but not kill your cashflow! We can break up your balance into custom monthly payments that start from the time you book through the month before your wedding.

Event Insurance: Our Only Required Outside Cost

We aim to be as transparent as possible and keep all charges upfront and already included in the packages. The only outside expense we require is Event Insurance coverage.

Event insurance is required. Wedding liability insurance is an insurance policy that helps protect your investment. Event insurance may help cover your costs if you’re found responsible for property damage or an injury caused during your event, or if you unexpectedly need to cancel your event due to extreme weather, natural disaster, injury, illness, or an issue with a vendor. Policies are very affordable and recommendations can be found through our Vendor page.

Optional Package Add-ons

Additional Days

Extended wedding packages can be arranged if additional days are desired and available. Additional days are $1,500 each and include overnight lodging. Additional days are available Monday – Thursday (not available on weekends).

Draft Horse Team & Carriage

Draft horse-drawn carriage ride to present the bride for the ceremony, and to whisk the couple away post-ceremony for a private moment and photographs as newlyweds. Not available for weekday weddings. Team & Carriage add-on is $1,200.

Limo Golf Cart Rental

Six-passenger Yamaha golf cart is available to escort guests to and from the ceremony site. Golf Cart Rental is included in our Multi-Day packages, but can be added to a Single-Day package for $250 per day + $500 refundable damage deposit.

Additional Home Rental

The Rye Mountain Homestead is a private, off-the-grid vacation rental located on the Christenson family ranch that offers a quiet family getaway spot that sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It is 0.5 mile from the wedding venue, and can be added for $250/night + $150 cleaning fee.

Single-Day Wedding Coordination

Hire our experienced coordinator to run point on the day of your wedding to be sure your event runs smoothly! These services are included in our Multi-Day packages, but can be added to a Single-Day package for $900.

Misc.

Discounts & Holidays

Military Discount

If the bride and/or groom is a veteran, active-duty military member, law enforcement personnel, or firefighter, first off, thank you for your service to this great country of ours, and second, we give $300 off if either has served or $500 if both the bride AND groom have served!

Holidays

If you select to have your event over a holiday, that’s cool… we don’t even charge an extra fee like most venues! Party on!
