*Security Deposit

A $1,000 Security Deposit is required. The Security Deposit is refundable to the Client up to 4 weeks after the event has been held once property has been inspected for any potential damage or missing items. Any damages that exceed the amount of the security deposit shall be the responsibility of the Client. In the event of a cancellation or change of date, this deposit is non-refundable and nontransferable 30 days after deposit has been received. The deposit is in addition to the facilities rental package.

Event Insurance

Event insurance is required. Wedding liability insurance is an insurance policy that helps protect your investment. Event insurance may help cover your costs if you’re found responsible for property damage or an injury caused during your event, or if you unexpectedly need to cancel your event due to extreme weather, natural disaster, injury, illness, or an issue with a vendor. Policies are very affordable and recommendations can be found through our Vendor page.

Facility Details

  • 18′ x 12′ gazebo or meadow area for ceremony
  • 200 white chairs for ceremony
  • 40′ x 60′ shelter house for reception with open and covered patios
  • Shelter house has seating for 200 with white chairs and tables
  • Caterer’s space with refrigerator and chest freezer
  • Full access to Bridal Suite & Groom’s Cabin to get ready (multi-day retreat packages include overnight stay for 14 and space for camping with trailers, RVs, tents)
  • Propane firepit, heaters, & grill included
  • You are responsible for set-up and clean-up

Extras

Package Add-ons, Holidays, & Discounts

Draft Horse Team & Carriage

Draft horse-drawn carriage ride to present the bride for the ceremony, and to whisk the couple away post-ceremony for a private moment and photographs as newlyweds. Not available for weekday weddings. Team & Carriage add-on is $1,200.

Limo Golf Cart Rental

Six-passenger Yamaha golf cart is available to excort guests to and from the ceremony site. Golf Cart is included in multi-day retreat packages.

Additional Days

Extended wedding packages can be arranged if additional days are desired and available. Additional days are $1,500 each and include overnight lodging. Additional days are available Monday – Thursday (not available on weekends).

Holidays

If you select to have your event over a holiday, there is an additional charge of $1,000 incurred.

Military Discount

If the bride and/or groom is a veteran, active duty military member, law enforcement personnel, or firefighter, please ask about our military discount!
