Standard Wedding Package
Ceremony & Cocktail Hour Coordination Services
- Initial complimentary consultation~ meet & greet, discuss event vision, discuss needs, go over issued templates and timeframes & when are due, via scheduled 30-minute Zoom Meeting
- Templates provided and to be filled in together with couple and for homework
- Discuss Guest Count, ceremony site, ceremony time, assigned driver
- Map out ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception layouts/room diagrams
- Discuss linen needs
- Wedding Party and VIP Lists
- Timeline of Events for Wedding Day
- Open & constant communication via email, allowing up to 24-48 hours for response
- Additional two, 30-minute scheduled Zoom Meetings available between 6 weeks prior, & again 2-4weeks prior to event
- Review all vendor details for ceremony
- Filling in any gaps or lacking details
- Type up, print, and distribute established event timeline for wedding party and vendors on wedding day
- Check in at Noon on Rehearsal Day at the Ranch
- Go over all Rules and Regulations with couple and wedding party
- Assist in setting parking lot with couple’s and party’s vehicles to set the trend for wedding day
- Assist in showing where your two allotted RV’s can park
- Assist in showing where tent camping can be set
- Assist in showing where your wedding items can be stored and what can be set up on rehearsal day and what should wait until wedding day
- 1 hour Rehearsal on day prior to wedding day
- Coordination with Officiant, BCR venue staff and wedding party
- We will practice the full ceremony entrance, where each wedding party member is to stand during the ceremony, and how they are to exit as well. This is a great time to for any musicians or readers you may have included in your ceremony to practice too. We will fine tune your wedding timeline at this time and make any last-minute adjustments as needed prior to the wedding day
- Event day Coordination up to 4 hours (*2 hours prior to event start, through cocktail hour, and entrance into reception)
- Ceremony Coordination
- Check in with your chosen point of contact(s) in charge of venue set up, including tables, chairs, linens, décor
- Oversee that all personal items for ceremony & reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors) have been taken care of and are in place
- Check chair layout at ceremony site and reserved seating for VIP’s
- Coordination of vendors
- Keep all event vendors and wedding party on previously established timeline
- Distribute flowers, bouquets, corsages, and pin on boutonnieres (Unless someone else is assigned) to wedding party
- Coordinate musicians, DJ, readers, speakers, candle lighters, photographers, & ushers
- Assist and direct guests
- Coordinate Guest book/sign in
- Assist guests with card and gift placement
- Assist wedding party with last minute touches before walking down the aisle (ex: boutonnieres straightened, pocket sashes fluffed, cufflinks buttoned, tissues in hand for tears of joy)
- Coordinate wedding party & VIP lineup
- Procession and Recession coordination
- Provide exit direction for guests and retention of wedding party for photos
- I’ll be your “Go-to Girl” point person to resolve any issues that arise
- Cocktail Hour Coordination
- Assist and direct guests where to go & provide any special instructions as per the couple for games, guestbook, appetizers, so forth
- Keep DJ and Photographer on timeline, assist with Guest entrance into Reception
- Coordinate Wedding Party and Grand Entrance into Reception
- Event Emergency Kit always on hand!
Premium Wedding Package
Full Wedding Day Coordination Services
- Includes all of the Ceremony & Cocktail Hour Coordination Services from the Standard Wedding Package
- Initial complimentary consultation~ meet & greet, discuss event vision via 30-minute Zoom Meeting
- Open communication via phone calls, text, and email, allowing up to 24-48 hours for response
- Three additional 30-minute scheduled Zoom Meetings available; One between 6-8 weeks prior to event, another 2-4 weeks prior to event, and last 1 week
- Review all vendor details for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
- Filling in any gaps or lacking details
- 1 hour scheduled walk through of venue prior to event
- Event day Coordination up to 10 hours (*2 hours prior to event start, through ceremony, cocktail hour, reception planned events, clean up)
- Assist in room layout and furniture tweaking for best traffic flow and spacing at rehearsal
- Full Ceremony Coordination
- Team & Carriage Coordination
- Full Cocktail Hour Coordination

- Assist in clearing tables after dinner
- Assist in cake/dessert distribution
- Gather cards and gifts and other personal items (flutes, cake topper, cake cutting set) deliver to secure established chosen location
